Hot on the heels of announcing fire safety consultancy support to Metropolitan Thames Valley, Clear Safety – the safety and compliance management specialist – has been asked to support Network Homes with managing its fire safety remedial programme.

Network Homes is a charitable housing association that provides over 20,000 affordable homes to more than 38,000 people across London and Hertfordshire.

Clear will be working with the housing association to prioritise remedial works referenced in recent fire risk assessments, to ensure a timely and efficient progression of any priority corrective measures required to maintain Network Homes’ vigilant approach to fire safety.

Commenting on the appointment, Director Matt Westby said:

“Clear Safety has significant experience of providing specialist counsel to the social housing sector. Our team of consultants understand the complexities associated with working at scale, across a broad portfolio of properties, to maintain compliance and of course, to uphold the client’s unwavering commitment to delivering a safe living environment for its tenants. We are delighted to be working with Network Homes and look forward to sharing our knowledge and established expertise of the required fire safety protocols – both current and impending - to elicit an expedited response to fire risk assessment recommendations.”
